Blaze changing default ringtone on phone

I have a default ringtone set on my phone (Note 4). and I have my Blaze set to notify me of calls. I got a call earlier today, and the phone picked a random ringtone instead. I double checked, and the phone is set up properly. The only thing that's changed in the last few days is my Blaze.

Has anyone else had this issue? Admittedly, it's probably user error. LOL

Hi there @SunsetRunner, good to see you around. I wonder how it goes this issue? It's a bit strange since the notifications on the Blaze shouldn't affect the configuration on your phone.

If the issue persist on a daily basis, I recommend to turn off your notifications on the Fitbit app and try to see if the ringtone configuration goes back to the default settings. If it does, please log out from your Fitbit account and restart your phone. Once it has loaded, log back in and  give it another try.

I'm sorry, I didn't explain this very well. The default ringtone setting itself doesn't change. It shows as being "Old Telephone Ring", but that's not what plays when I get a call. I only seem to have this problem with the default ringtone. I have several ringtones I use for particualr people, and these seem to be working just fine.

Thank you for keep me posted @SunsetRunner. I think this issue is more related to the phone's configuration, since the Blaze is not capable to change these settings.

Is this issue happening with a particular person that you have assigned a rigntone, or is in general?

As I said, it's only the default ringtone, when I don't have a tone specified for the caller.

It's just weird that the issue started at the same time as I got the Blaze. I will go through the phone settings again to be sure everything is correct.
