I have struggled with the LG S mobile. several days ago, it was working to sync email. text, etc... now somehow the dates are old and won't be able to update. the other reason is a threat is supposed to be sync works. somehow the stopped is sync since one week. the other reason confused about pairing sync my watched and mobile. the failed is pairing. I prefer to call tech support on the phone instead of type. because I am not great explained in English, I am afraid that if you are confused by reading an explanation.

Hi there @ladybeachpr, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and it seems you are experiencing syncing issues with your Blaze.
I would like to recommend the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Here you'll find all the necessary information for all your concerns. I saw you mentioned it is failing to pair your tracker, however I can see in your Community profile your tracker is paired, so I believed all the troubles you are experiencing can be resume in syncing issues, as this might cause other features fails, like the one you mentioned the dates are old.
Also I would like to make emphasis to make sure your phone is listed as compatible. Usually when a device shows an unexpected behavior is due to the mobile phone is not compatible. this won't necessarily mean it won't work, but in some features the app wont' be able to respond as it should.
To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.
