Blaze is not syncing

hello everyone on fitbit I dunno if people can help me but I have bought the fitbit blaze about 3 weeks ago it been working and syncing up to this week for some reason my fitbit wont sync to my samsung galaxy j3 and it wont pick up any notifications it was working I have done all of the help above but still not working has other had this problem?

if people can help ill be thankful as did love using the fitbit

A warm welcome to the Forums @charli4ever. Samsung Galaxy J3 is not a compatible phone, please check our list of compatible mobile devices. You can try to follow our syncing troubleshoot but I don't guarantee your tracker will work 100% since as mentioned the device is not compatible.

It is samsung galaxy j its a new device and it was working but qont work on no phone now
