I have seen several posts about the Blaze not syncing. I have had this Blaze and this phone for approximately 6months. No issue until recently. So what I understand is that you all have updated the device list and my phone the LG Stylo 4 isn't on it. Can you advise when you removed it from the compatible list as it was working fine with my Blaze until recently. I rely on it to track my steps. I am linked to a work rewards for activity and it is throwing off my consistency because it stops syncing for days at a time.
Is there any hope of you all sending an update for the Blaze so it starts working on my LG again? This is super frustrating and I'm not interested in another tracker. I want this 6month old tracker and device to start working again.
Yes, I do occasionally use a bluetooth headset( i.e. maybe once a week or so if that). But no other device is connected consistently.
I have restarted BT several times following the troubleshooting steps. I restart my phone ever other day just because I do. I did let my Blaze die while on vacation but that was in July.
What other things not on the current list can I do or am I just out of luck until you add the Stylo 4 to the compatible list?
Frustrated as it worked for 5 months with no issue.

We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
