My fitbit blaze tracker is not charging and it keeps showing me the fitbit.com/setup screen. I tried resetting it and it still won't work.

Hello @Jreyes170, Thank you for joining the Fitbit Community! If your Blaze is not charging, perhaps the tracker isn’t connected securely to the charging cable. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your tracker to the charging cable.

  1. Put the tracker inside the charging cradle with the screen facing towards you and the four gold prongs aligned.

  2. Close the cradle cover. A large battery icon appears temporarily on the display to let you know that charging has started.

While your tracker is charging, a small battery icon in the top left corner while charging so you can check progress. A large green battery icon means the battery is full.

Other reason might be the the USB port or outlet is faulty.

If the issue persists try to set up your tracker again as a new device on your existing Fitbit account. The following post will guide you through in case you need additional help.

Keep me posted how it goes. I'll be around in case you need more help.

I am trying to set up my new Fitbit Blaze. It says the battery is low and to charge it. I am trying to do so but when I put it in the charging cradle and snap it shut, it continues to show Fitbit set up.com and nothing else. What can I do to get this thing to charge???  Please help.

@Jreyes170 and @Rozannadanna,

Your issues sound familiar. I don't think that you will see anything else on the screen until setup is complete. If you can complete setup, then without shutting it down, put it on the charger. If there isn't enough power to finish setup, then leave it in the charger for at least an hour before completing the setup.

I hope this helps and have a Terrific day!
