Hello @lg30, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate your comments about the compatibility option available at the moment. I'm wondering what issue you are experiencing with your Blaze? Perhaps I can suggest an alternative in the meantime.
Regarding not compatible devices, note that the app is not optimized to run under the OS of the device in questions, causing some of the features not behave in the way is expected.
When a device is not listed as compatible, it means the devices has not being tested or it was declared as not compatible. However even us as moderators do not posses information in depth about the timeframe of when a device will be listed as supported.
Definitely this is something that we are working harder in order to bring more compatibility options for the convenience of our users. I'll make sure to forward your comments to our teams, since is this type of feedback that help us to improve the Fitbit experience.
See you around and you are welcome to share additional feedback.
