Sony XZ1 Compact - MobileTrack compatibility

Hi there @DT. nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! In this case there are two important factors that play a role in the compatibility of this feature.

The Xperia XZ1 Compact doesn't figure in the list of compatible devices. Despite this not necessarily mean it won't work at all, certain features may not work as is expected. The other thing regarding MobileTrack feature, is that not all the mobile phones are capable to support this function, even when they are listed as compatible.

If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for future updates!

Thanks Roberto.... My account is currently paired to another device but I don't know which one? How can I found out and pair to my current mobile ? I tried unpairing but it still shows paired to another device. It works with weRun app..  So i think it should work with my phone. Thanks.

Hi there @DT., please accept my apologies for the late response. Regarding your question, if your account is paired to a different device, it really do not matter, if we are talking about a tracker. Once you paired your tracker to your account is just matter to log in with the same account for you be able to sync. So as you can see there is no need to repeat the process to pair your tracker.

With MobileTrack is different, if you have enable this option in a compatible device, it will be present on the device you are using even if is not the same. However MobileTrack despite is showing on your current phone it will only work with the one is capable to run this feature.
