Blaze not synching

Every time I recharge my blaze I have to restart my phone in order to synch. I am no longer getting notifications. I followed all support advice and now my phone can't find my tracker as the final advice was to unpaid  and then RE-pair so now I can't even RE- pair! On the settings on my blaze it says Bluetooth off and I can't seem to change this at all. PLEASE help.

As mentioned before i am having synch issues. Bluetooth is now at least recognizing my blaze but is rejecting the blaze. I have restarted both phone and blaze have latest version of everything etc etc. But nothing is helping. As I live in Australia I can't phone customer support, have to rely on email which takes days. Very unhappy.😠😡

I was able to see on your Community profile page your blaze as paired tracker. So I'm wondering how it goes so far? Were you able to pair your track back to your Fitbit account?

 

Also I would like to know what troubleshooting steps have you tried, beside the restart and set up your tracker as a new device?

 

In the meantime I would suggest to review this post for syncing issues and make sure to follow each of the steps even if you have already tried before: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Review the requirements to sync just to make sure we are not skipping  any possible solution.

 

About the notifications, its possible that your tracker is not able to communicate with your phone causing issues with this feature too. Since you have posted in the Android board, give it a try to these steps for notification issues: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app). (Just as an additional information I'm gonna leave the troubleshooting steps for iOS here)

I have tried EVERYTHING at least 3 times, restarting, resetting, uninstalling Nd reinstalling app, Even the starting from scratch which caused another problem as my phone could not then reconnect with the blaze and I had to restart phone and blaze 4 times before it finally allowed the connection. And after all of this I still cannot get notifications!!!
