Could someone please point me in the right direction?
My blaze no longer connects to my phone. It rejects the pairing and the app just keeps trying to restart my bluetooth. The phone itself is not listed on the 'phone models and compatible features' list of the website but has been syncing my blaze and functioning fully from the start of August '16 till now, the reset. I have done all the troubleshooting i could get my hands on. My only suggestion is that the blaze can only see my phone as a new/different phone since the update and won't connect to it as it is linked to the previous version? This was my initial thought until i saw that you can connect and sync with multiple devices...
Have since tried to delete the tracker and set it up again.
The phone runs android 5.0.2.

Did your troubleshooting include restarting your fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work so it might be worth trying a few more times.

I'll give it another to but I would say I have tried this three or four times!
