Sync problem with Alta, Moto G

Using Alta, Moto G with Android 6.0, and on new dashboard. Have been experiencing sync problems. The sync appears to complete but the steps are not refreshed. Fitbit app release 2.39 fixed this. This week I updated to 2.39.1 and it is now broken again.

Update. Steps are not refreshing with old dashboard either. Is there anywhere I can download the 2.39 apk and reinstall it over the new release?
