I got my blaze and it has had a love hate relationship with syncing with my phone which has the app. Yes I have tried turning both on and off again. And yes I have the latest update on the app. Also I just got a replacement phone after my last one broke and was under warranty. At first the blaze was syncing but now it will not please help.

Thanks for letting me know that it did sync after recharging it. It seems like it was a software quirk that was resolved by the Fitbit turning off. In the future if this happens again you can try to restart your Fitbit by following these steps:
