Blaze not syncing to app on droid

I got my blaze and it has had a love hate relationship with syncing with my phone which has the app. Yes I have tried turning both on and off again. And yes I have the latest update on the app. Also I just got a replacement phone after my last one broke and was under warranty. At first the blaze was syncing but now it will not please help.

I'd like to investigate what could be causing your Blaze and your phone to not get along. Could you please answer the following questions?

  • What mobile device is it that you're trying to use?
  • While your phone was replaced, did you sync with any other mobile or computer?
  • Are you getting any error message? If so, what does it say?

Hi. I didn't snyc to another computer or mobile. Only error message is
cannot sync through fit bit app. I let the fit bit battery died then
recharge it and then it sync

Hello @Ladygrail!

 

Thanks for letting me know that it did sync after recharging it. It seems like it was a software quirk that was resolved by the Fitbit turning off. In the future if this happens again you can try to restart your Fitbit by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
