Activity not showing on Dashboard

I have hiked 3 times in the past week.  I tracked the activity and hit "finish" once complete.  I saw it post/sync in my activity log.  But then later in the day it has disappeared.  This happened on 2 of my hikes.  How do I recover this?  And how do I prevent from happening again.  I use the Flex.

Hello @ElizRose

 

I'd like to help you get the hiking activities show up. To better understand what is going on, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

  • Where did you select the 'hike' activity? On the mobile device?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Additionally, I'd like to suggest that you try to log out of the app, close the app and then log back into your account. It is possible that the issue could be that the app didn't load all the details correctly from the servers.
