Blaze not syncing....

My Blaze has not performed a successful sync in over 12 hours. My software is up to date, no other Bluetooth being used. I've restarted the Blaze, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app ... still nothing. Any suggestions??? I'm using an Android (Note 5)

A warm welcome to the Community @LadyRena. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Blaze is not syncing, I recommend following the troubleshoot provided in the I can't sync my tracker - Android app post. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
