My boyfriend and I purchased two Altas. He had his connected to a Galaxy S3, and mine was connected to an S5. My phone broke, so he gave me his S3 to use. I deleted his Alta off the app, and tried to connect mine, but whenever I try to connect, the app tells me to try updating the app itself. I've restarted the phone, bluetooth, and the Alta itself, and nothing has worked. Any ideas on how I can get things working properly?

Are you still signed into his Fitbit account?

Nope, I'm signed into my own account. I've also tried factory resetting my phone, and still nothing.

@Zackseidon Welcome to the Community! That's pretty weird. I would like you to make sure you have the latest version of the app which is 2.31. Have you tried using his account and see if he's able to sync his tracker and log into his account correctly?
