My fitbit app is only showing half page. Before that it wasn't counting steps. So was advised to force stop uninstall reboot. This didn't work so backed up all my data factory reset. Everything back the same and fitbit the thing really hurts is sentimental messages for some reason are lost and I'm gutted

@WeeKels73 A warm welcome to the Community! That's weird your app should show the whole app page. What exactly were you seeing in your phone app? Regarding the steps count, the reason may be that your tracker wasn't syncing to your app and that's why you weren't seeing the steps. Were you seeing a discrepancy with your steps?

 

Also, did you lost the messages that you have in your Fitbit Dashboard?
