@WeeKels73 A warm welcome to the Community! That's weird your app should show the whole app page. What exactly were you seeing in your phone app? Regarding the steps count, the reason may be that your tracker wasn't syncing to your app and that's why you weren't seeing the steps. Were you seeing a discrepancy with your steps?
Also, did you lost the messages that you have in your Fitbit Dashboard?
