Blaze rejecting pairing

Was working stopped two days ago, galaxy s8+. Will not pair to blaze says rejected. This is my second blaze and I'm getting fed up? Ideas?

Hello @Brooklyn12, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. Certainly this is not an expected behavior and I'm wondering how are you trying to pair your Blaze?

 

Try to do the following if you are getting the same error:

 

1. Restart your Blaze tracker, you can follow the steps from this post.

2. Reboot your Android phone.

3. Open your Android settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the following instructions about Android to pair your Blaze again to your existing Fitbit account.
