Blaze sync issue with note 5

Hello, i have been using my note 5 to sync my blaze. It has been working perfectly fine till last night. Nothing is working.  I tried to sync it to my husbands iPhone and it worked....... so it's not the tracker..... anyone have any ideas.  Yes i did turn off the Bluetooth setting and turn it back on.  But i am dead in water on my note 5

It could be that the connection between the two was corrupted in some way. Let's try to reset it:

  1. Access your Note 5's Bluetooth settings and look for your Blaze on the list.
  2. Remove the Blaze from your list.
  3. Try to sync once again with your Note 5.

Let me know how it goes! Regularly this process has helped me whenever I have syncing issues.

Thank you for responding,. I had fitbit and Verizon on the phone and trying to help me. We turned everything off and then on,  we dumped everything off of my Bluetooth list, and we just couldn't get it going again.  I tried everything on both ends and neither one could figure it out.  I turned around and bought a new fitbit blaze and am returning the old broken one.  Praying it's just a fluke.  Thank you again for responding.  Love the blaze

Let's wait and see how the new once works. It should sync without any issues at all.
