Blaze will not pair to new account

I can connect my Blaze to my Samsung S9 phone as a device but the fitbit app does not recognise it.

I have  had to create a new account with a new email account as my old one was being controlled by an ex partner. If the Blaze is still associated with the old account would that stop it connecting to the new one?

Let me help you  get the Blaze to sync to your account.

 

I'd like to ask you some questions about the situation:

  • Were you using the same phone with your old account?
  • Do you get some sort of error message when you try to run the set up?

In the meantime please try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. Those steps should definitely get everything to pair with your new account.
