Sync Issues since last week

Hey, everyone. I own a Charge 2, I'm on Android 8 and using the latest version of the app. Since the middle of last week I'm having sync issues. 

 

Bluetooth is connected, but it won't auto sync and if open the app and manually push it to force sync, the progress bar will start moving but it won't update.

 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get it to sync.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While some of the steps you have already tried, please do go through all of the steps in order. Going through them should definitely get your Fitbit to work.
