Blaze will not pair with samsung s7 edge

That's it really.  It keeps trying to do the update but the phone and fitbit can't find each other.  I've followed all the steps I can find... Have checked for phone upgrades, batteries are charged, internet is fine, Bluetooth is on, I've restarted everything but still the phone can't find the fitbit.  What else can I do?

Since you have already tried all of that to get your Blaze to sync, I'd recommend that we try to restart the connection between the two. Try the following:

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings of your S7 and look for the Blaze as a paired device.
  2. Remove the Blaze from that list.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and go to the account tab.
  4. Tap on 'Set Up a New Device' and then follow the steps on the screen. Your Blaze should start syncing and updating.
