I just have a new Samsung j7 2017. I don 't get any notification on my fitbit charge 2. I followed every step, I restarted my fitbit, restarted my phone... but still no notifications. My phone tells me: notifications are running, but when I choose: seks test notification, nothing is happening. Is there any solution?

In this case I wouldn't be able to tell you exactly why the notifications are not coming through. Since the J7 is not currently a supported device, compatibility issues can absolutely happen. Because the app is not optimized to run on the J7, we cannot guarantee that it will work at 100% all the time.
