Blaze will not show notifications

I haven't had this watch for more than 2 weeks and it is already messing up. I received notifications before the problem. I have went to the Fitbit app and I tried to press notifications but the app kept crashing. I reinstalled it and disconnected my watch a couple times. I have done all I could but I am pretty sure it is the app that is broken. Any help?

Hello @Josh_hunter1127, welcome aboard to our Community.

Confirm your mobile device is compatible with notifications by visiting http://www.fitbit.com/devices. Notifications are available for Android devices running OS 4.3 or later.

If the issue persist please review if you have the most recent version of the app. It was released a new one on December 21st which is 2.39.1.

If you are running this app version, please log out from the app and restart your phone. Go back to your Fitbit app and log back in and try again.

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account > your tracker's name > Notifications.
  2. Check the box next to Fitbit Notification Service and then tap OK.
  3. To complete the set up, tap the arrow in the top left to return to tracker settings and tap Sync Now.

Depending on your tracker, choose your preferred call, text, and calendar apps. The apps provided by your phone for calls, texts, and calendar notifications vary between mobile devices.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need more help.
