Blaze will not sync or update

My blaze has not synced with my samsung phone in over 2 weeks. It keeps saying it cant find the tracker. I've tried turning phone off and restarting and turning off wifi. Any other suggestions?  Tia

I restarted the tracker and then it synced and updated! Thanks for responding. It was so frustrating.
