Hello @Deniseroberts, its nice to see new faces on our Fitbit Community. Make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your tablet by checking http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
If your Tablet is compatible Uninstall the app and restart your mobile device. Once it has restarted Install the app again and give it another try. This video may provide you the necessary steps to complete the process.
