I buy huawei GR 5 2017, Android 7 version but unfortunately my fitbiz blaze cant work properly

Hello @Faisal.Alam.

 

I can see how that can be frustrating.

 

After checking on our Compatible Devices list, I could see that the Huawei GR 5 is not a compatible device. This means that the app is not fully optimized to work with that device and because of that we cannot guarantee that it will work correctly.

 

Perhaps you could try to use another, compatible, mobile device or a computer.
