Blood glucose tracking tile not available

I'd like to add Blood Glucose to my tiles but it's not showing up on the list of options when going to Edit on Today tab.

I'm in Spain though the account was setup originally in another country, Play Store is updated to Spain. I downloaded the app while in Spain, my phone was bought here, my SIM is Spanish. According to the articles "This feature is available to all users in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, Germany, France, and Spain."

I reached out to customer service twice, updated the app, force stopped it, re-installed it, not sure why it still doesn't appear.

Any further suggestions?

Thanks.

I tried to log in with a new account and it is now available. Seems my old account is not updating the country.

How can I move my data from old account to new to keep the history of the other metrics? I've been using it for many years.

Hello @Andi0623

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that we forum helpers can do to get your historical data to your new account.

Although I'm hesitant to suggest it, this is something that Fitbit support is better equipped to do.

Thank you, I was more looking for the description of the process than actually completing it but I'll try to check, I seem to recall a functionality for export. Hopefully its import counterpart will also be there...

Thanks again.

Did you try and add the Glucose Tile by tapping the pencil found in the top right? When you tap the "+" found in the lower right, do you seed hehe option for Glucose?
