Bluetooth & syncing

I have the charge hr. I have not been able to sync since Dec 26th. Ive restarted the device, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, unpaired and then restarted my phone. But it is stuck trying to sync but cannot, and my phone no longer can find it when i search for it in bluetooth.

The phones BT settings is not suppose to find it.

This is the job of the app.

First thing to do is make sure you have the latest app.

When you say that you unpaired,  was this done through the phone settings, or was the Charge HR removed from the account.

 

Have you restarted both the fitbit and the phone?
