Bluetooth can't find device

My phone LG G6 can't find my charge 2. Both are quite new and had been working grand but now it won't sync. I have turned Bluetooth off and in, tried with wi-fi off, uninstalled & reinstalled app, restarted charge 2. Nothing seems to work. Help please

Hi @Kdane. Please take a look at the list of approved android phones that are able to sync with fitbit at fitbit.com/devices .

 

You'll see that your phone is not supposed to work, like all other androids.
