I've swapped phone from Samsung to Huawei and have the Fitbit app fully installed but it can't find my Alta to sync. Anyone any ideas what I can do please? Thanks!

Mine won't sync either and have tried everything. No replies on my post either.

Try adding it to a pc first if you have one, then try syncing it to your phone.

Strangely enough I've been out for a walk and it has tracked it and synced yesterday's steps as well so problem seems to be solved

Hi @Katy8144. Please note from the list on fitbit.com/devices that fitbit doesn't work at all with Huawei phones, like most Android phones.
