Hello @Seabourne, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Would you mind to share more details of the issue you're experiencing? Are you not able to sync or the issue is limited only to your heart rate is not reading?
Since you are mentioning your Bluetooth connectivity, I'm going to assume this is a syncing scenario. So perhaps the following post might be of your help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
If this is only with your heart rate, try to restart your tracker. I saw on your Community profile you are using a Charge 2; perhaps the following post might give you some additional help.
