Bluetooth connection

Luxe no longer receiving notifications. Shows that it is paired with Bluetooth; however, when trying to connect get an error message "an app is required for this device".

You say that in phones Bluetooth, the tracker shows as paired. Yet it sounds like you are trying to pair the tracker to your phone. 

You are receiving this message because it is impossible to pair a BT low energy device this way. 

 

Please open the fitbit app, this should prompt the app to ask for permissiin to pair the tracker. 

If it doesn't, go to the notifications setup, tap the 3 dots in the top right and send test message.
