Bluetooth issue with app update

Hi, I'm no longer able to sync my device since the last app update with the new dashboard. Is there any way to get the previous version?

Welcome to the Community @amansoni! There's no option to go back to the previous version of the app. However, you can try the following syncing troubleshoot to get your data to your Dashboard.

I needed to forget my device on Bluetooth to make it work.
