I recently got a wireless headset to workout with. My nephew got it working, but ever since then, my fit bit won't sync. It says Bluetooth issues, but pressing the button doesn't work. So the last few days I can't track anything. 😞 Any suggestions? Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums @TrinaLR.

 

It is possible that the Bluetooth connection between the headset and the phone is impeding the Fitbit from connecting. I'd recommend trying to turn off the headset and then trying to connect again. Additionally, please try to have the headset on a different room whenever you try to sync your Fitbit. That should help.
