Given that the J7 Sky Pro is not currently on the supported devices list, I suspect that it could be the reason why this is happening.
If a phone is not on that list it means that the app is not fully optimized to work with that phone and thus it might present some issues like the one that you are describing. While a phone that fulfills with the minimum requirements, Android 4.4+ and Bluetooth 4.0, can wore, we cannot guarantee that it will if the app has not been fully optimized.
Having said that, some users have found that following these troubleshooting steps has worked for phones not on the list, so I'd say that it is worth a try.
