Thank you for the information about the notification you're getting from Fitbit about the Bluetooth. This could be related to a behavior that several users have reported in the last few days, about the app not allowing the to log back in or shoring an error message when trying to access the account.
Fitbit is aware of this and it's working to find a solution as soon as possible. I've also been informed that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
