Cannot log in after July 11 update

When I opened the app to sync, it asked me to log in. Entered my email and password which apparently was wrong (but it's not). Clicked on "Forgot Password" and am still waiting for a reset email.

Thank you for the information about the difficulty you've experienced to log to your account. This could be related to a behavior that several users have reported in the last few days, about the app not allowing the to log back in or shoring an error message when trying to access the account. 

 

Fitbit is aware of this and it's working to find a solution as soon as possible, although some users are no longer having trouble with this.
