Bluetooth not connecting at the moment to sync

My Fitbit Account has not logged my "steps" for the last 3 days.  It shows that it is trying to "Sync" but it says my Bluetooth is "Off", but when I check my settings on my Android Tablet it shows that the Bluetooth is on.  How can I get my "steps" to download into my account.
