Bluetooth not working?

My bluetooth won't accept my fitbit. It keeps saying "Pairing rejected by Versa 2." Is there any way to connect it? I tried restarting it and turning off the bluetooth off and on, and nothing works.

Fitbits are unusual in that the bluetooth pairing needs to be done via the fitbit app rather than in the phone's bluetooth settings. Try going through the setup guide at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873
