Bluetooth syncronisation faild after smartphone change

 Since my mobile phone Change from LG G3 to Huawei P10 lite my Synchronisation over Bluetooth is only very sporadic and rare. Has anyone an idea or the same Problem ? I'm grateful for every tip. The tip with the reset button on the charging vable does not work :-(. Friendly regards Petra

That's a very simple issue you have.

Fitbit isn't compatible with any Huawei phone.
