Hi i want to know is Bluetooth all tome on or it is on when mo ile or pc ask for syncro.

Welcome to the forums @atsdajay

 

If you use a mobile device your bluetooth must be turned on to sync. You don't need to have it on all the time, but only when you sync.

 

With a computer, you need your dongle plugged in to sync.
