Hi
My fitbit one did not update itself via my android app. Seemed that it rejected the bluetooth connection. So I removed the device and tried again but now it won't connect it.
Not sure what to try now?
It's charged, it's close to my phone and there are no other devices.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Juula, hope you're doing great today Woman Very Happy! Fitbit trackers don't pair to your phone from the Bluetooth setting on your Android device, which is why you get an error message when you attempt to pair via that method. Instead, Fitbit trackers are paired via the Fitbit App or Fitbit Connect on a computer by following the instructions here.
