 Got a Fitbit charge 3 today followed the set up methods but wont connect just keeps saying try again my Fitbit wont turn on just displays the message www.fitbit.com/setup

Let me  help you figure out what is going on and get your Charge 3 to pair.

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help getting it all to work correctly.
