Hi! Need some help! My fitbit charge 3 is totally off. I updated the fitbit app night before yesterday and now it wont turn on. Ive been uploading the battery and kept the fitbit in usb-cable but nothing happens. Sometimes it might vibrate but nothing happens. It also shows a smiley at some times. What can i do? Its only about 2 months old.. We have 2 of them in this house and the other one works fine tho i updated its app also yesterday.

I wonder if it's just that the screen is not working rather than it's shut down. The screen not working is a common issue with the Charge 3.
Try restarting the fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
If that doesn't work then try changing the clockface via the app. If this works then it's safe to change the clockface back to what it was.
Best AnswerHi! Thanks for your message. Now it wont do anything 😄 when i put it to usb-cable, a '' loading'' line appears to the screen and it stays. It wont go away and doesnt do anything. When i try to turn it on, and push for about 8 sec it vibrates normally and when 8 sec is gone it vibrates again but doesnt turn on. Now even the smiley wont come up. And i had to reload the app and it cant find the device. I think i need to send it back and see what they say.

You might be right, there's more than just a dodgy screen going on.
