Hi there, after a loooong research in the forum (and on internet too), didn't found a clear answer, so I try to ask.
I saw it's a really common problem that at a certain point the fitbit stop register or showing the breathing rate in the night.
So, in your experience:
Does anyone understood if the problem is that the fitbit doesn't register the breathing rate or if it's the app that doesn't show it?
I've tried logging out from the app, cleared the cache, rebooting phone and fitbit and data just doesn't show (the other 4 healt stats are ok).
Customer support suggested me to resync the device (with the procedure of pressing the side button 3 times while charging and reparing the device) but just after multiple consecutive nights are not recorded.
Does anyone have any advices?
Tnx to everyone and have a nice day😊🤙

I have this issue too for last week, no problems prior to this.

Same here. I have had my Charge 6 a little less than a month, it registered breathing rate for 2 days and nothing since. All other stats are fine.
Customer Support suggested resetting the watch but that has made no difference.

Fitbit doesn't directly measure your breathing by looks at the way the body reacts to tour breathing.
When a person inhaled, the time between heartbeats shorten. The time lengthens during the exhale.. So if there is an issue with the ability to read the heartbeats, there will be issues detecting the breathing

It is measuring heart rate and HRV consistently so I am assuming that's not the issue.
