My strap kept coming out near the clip. Now I have discovered that it' snappd just before the clip part. Now have to hold while waking As it broke of all the over 5 times and worried I will loose it!

Hi, @Debbie15518! If your tracker is within the warranty period, you should definitely get in touch with Fitbit support. If not, you can check out Fitbit's store or take a look for 3rd party replacement bands on places like Amazon or etsy. I've had really good luck with the 3rd party bands.
