Hi everyone,

 

I literally just got my new FitBit Charge 2, downloaded the app on my Android, am trying to create an account and login but it keeps saying "Network operation failed, Fitbit.com is down for maintenance".

 

Any help, please?

Hi @MShay92 and welcome to the forums. Yes, the timing is bad for you but luckily, the system does not go down often. All you can do is wait a bit, then try again.
