I received a message for an update and it would not allow me to do so. So i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It now will not allow me to log on. It say's its an invalid email or password. I clicked on reset password, and it still wont let me. I logged onto the website fine with it. This Fitbit is becoming more and more of a headache. I'm so sick of all the issues I've had with it.

Hey there @lanewport08, thanks for stopping by! Are you still having difficulties when trying to log into your Fitbit app? If so, I'd recommend doing the following:
- Double check that the latest Fitbit app version was installed (V. 2.71 as of today)
- Force quit the app
- Turn off the Bluetooth
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Turn on the Bluetooth
- Log back into your Fitbit app
While reading your post, I assumed that the message about an update that you received was for your Fitbit Ionic, right? If you are still unable to update your tracker, check this post to find troubleshooting steps for this inconvenience.
