Can't update software on my ionic

I have an android and an Ionic.  I have been trying to update to firmware 2.1 and no matter what I try it continues to ask to retry over bluetooth or retry.  I'm so aggrevated.

@jbarnum  I am going to move your post to the Android forum, where you might get more help.  If you don't get help from the Android forum, you should re-post your problem in the Ionic forum -- it might not be an app problem at all.

I cannot help you because I am an iOS user and this is the iOS forum.  That said, you say that the update tells you to re-try over Bluetooth.  Are you having a wi-fi connection issue, maybe?  My upgrade took quite a few minutes over wi-fi.  I cannot imagine what it will take using Bluetooth.
