Browser doesn't show data synced to Fitbit app

I was told you can no longer use Google to log things into your Fitbit app. You can only use your phone.

This sucks. When this Fitbit Luxe dies I will not be buying another one. Please post or complain to them if you have a problem too. Maybe they will listen and change it back.

@Ladyasails2 Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. If you refer to the website, I'd like to share with you that the online dashboard was discontinued since our Fitbit devices sync with the Fitbit app and there you can keep all your data and use the features available.

Nevertheless, I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We continue working to improve our services, and feedback like yours helps us to make that happen.

What Fitbit has on the app is different from what was available online
through Google.

I do not like using up my phone to input my daily health information.
Especially the calorie/food input. The cal in vs out does not make any
sense.

I got Fitbit because it worked with Google. My health goals are very
important to me & when this fitbit dies, I will look
for a different health helper.

Fitbit should've thought of its current users before canceling with google.
It's simply very poor customer service.
