Is it possible to make a function for manual and periodic measurement of spo2 throughout the day and during training on pixel watch and pixel watch 2?

SpO2 is only recorded during sleep, there is no way to get a real time reading.
You can post a suggestion here.   There have been requests to have it added as a feature, but there hasn't been any movement yet.
And it would require be hardware/firmware change before being reflected in the Fitbit app.
